CH Vaugelas Le Prieure 750mL

Completely renovated in 1996 to replant most grape varieties while retaining the old Carignan. The vast vineyards (120 ha) of Chateaux Vaugelas have a high average age and are located between the mountains of Alaric, the Massif des Corbières and River of Orbieu on a clay and limestone soil. The vinification is managed by George Pauli (of Chateau Gruand Larose). Its a rich and full flavoured style. Very soft and ripe and smooth.
