Product Description
70% Merlot, 20% Cabarnet sauvignon, 10% Cabarnet franc. Tight control over the viticulture achieves healthy and ripe grapes. Apon entering the winery, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and and put into vats for fermentation. Daily pumping and monitoring of maceration for about 30 days, facilitates optimum extraction of polyphenols.
