Glen Scotia is one of only two distilleries in Campbeltown, the other being Springbank, where once there were over thirty distilleries. First registered in 1835, it was overhauled in the early 1980's.Glen Scotia is small, has the appearance of a good townhouse, and is reputed to be haunted by a previous owner who drowned himself in Campbeltown Loch after being swindled.
