Adet Seward's Beehive Brandy is produced from fruit grown in and around Bordeaux. Which means that Cognac inevitably plays a large part in the makeup of this blend.It shows. Great brandy is produced with high acid fruit. Lesser productions mostly hail from the bulk production of sweet wines from the South of France. The inherent quality is obvious - soft and melow flavours with that vibrant aromatic so typical of Cognac.
